At Clínica Dental Bizkaia we respect your privacy. This policy explains how we process personal data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 on the Protection of Personal Data and guarantee of digital rights (LOPDGDD).

2. What data we process and for what purpose
This website currently has no forms that collect personal data. We only process the data you voluntarily provide when you contact us by email, for the purpose of:
- Responding to your query or request for information.
- Letting you know about the opening of the centre, if you ask us to.
- Managing a future appointment, where applicable.
Health data. Data relating to health is a special category of data. We ask you not to include sensitive clinical details in messages by email. Clinical information will be collected and processed, with your express consent, within the care relationship once the centre is open.
3. Legal basis
The basis legitimising the processing is your consent when contacting us, the application of pre-contractual measures at your request and, where applicable, the legitimate interest in responding to your communications.
4. Data retention
We will keep your data for as long as necessary to deal with your request and, afterwards, for the periods legally required. When it is no longer needed, it will be securely deleted.
5. Recipients
We do not share your data with third parties except where legally required. Some technology providers may process data on our behalf as processors:
- Cloudflare, Inc. — hosting and infrastructure of the website.
- If you write to us by email, your email provider and ours take part in the transmission.
6. Your rights
You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability by writing to info@clinicadentalbizkaia.com, indicating the right you wish to exercise. If you believe your rights have not been respected, you can lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
7. Cookies
This site currently does not use analytics or advertising cookies; only, where applicable, those strictly necessary for it to work. If we add web analytics in the future, it will be activated only with your prior consent.
